Role Overview
Superhuman is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the evolution of Coda, following its recent acquisition. This role centers on merging flexible documentation with advanced AI to build a platform that shapes the future of work. The focus is on creating an AI-driven environment that improves user experience while ensuring human oversight remains central.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver new features that transform Coda into a dynamic, AI-native workspace
- Drive the scaling of Coda to serve the Grammarly user base, targeting a tenfold increase in adoption
- Identify and develop new product offerings to open additional monetization opportunities
- Navigate complex dependencies and align diverse engineering teams toward a unified vision
- Champion the integration of AI to enhance productivity while maintaining a strong human element
