We operate in a hybrid model, emphasizing in-person collaboration as needed. Employees should be able to work from one of our office locations at least two days each week (or eight days a month). Our U. S. office hubs are located in Austin, TX; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. For roles based in Europe, our office hubs are in London, UK, and Amsterdam, NL. Please ensure you can commit to this structure prior to applying.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Individual Contributor to join our Technical Program Management team within BetterUp’s Research & Development organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing impactful projects from conception through execution and delivery. You will manage multiple product-led programs, coordinate dependencies, and engage stakeholders from partner teams. Your capability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions, and clarify objectives for teams is essential for achieving successful outcomes for our clients. The perfect candidate will possess robust program management experience, outstanding communication and leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams. Previous experience in product or engineering management is a plus.
