A solid technical foundation, enabling you to grasp software development concepts including back-end systems, web app APIs, and technical trade-offs. Bonus Skills:Experience in overseeing products through their lifecycle in a relevant sector. Familiarity with Operations and Maintenance teams. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex organizational environment. Proficiency in breaking down complex concepts into manageable components.

As a rapidly growing startup, we experience high demand for our fleet of robots, which are deployed daily for missions ranging from stability testing to executing live routes. To maintain peak performance, our Technicians and Fleet Service Engineers depend on cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.

In your role as the Product Manager for Operations Software, you will:

  • Develop essential tools for our Operations teams.
  • Oversee the software product line and curate its strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Technical Program Managers to refine and prioritize features and requirements.
  • Establish key performance metrics to assess system health and efficiency.
  • Lead product development initiatives by reviewing startup requirements, identifying automation opportunities, and drafting engineering specifications for new functionalities.
  • Implement a comprehensive supervisor view to enable remote management of multiple depots and charging processes, ensuring operational efficiency across locations.
