Key Responsibilities:Oversee the comprehensive delivery of complex, multi-year programs, including financial technology transformations (Oracle, Anaplan), human resource technology upgrades (Workday, Greenhouse), sales technology deployments (Salesforce), IT infrastructure renovations (network engineering, systems engineering, identity management, and IT service management), privacy compliance initiatives (GDPR, CCPA), and security implementations. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and cross-department prioritization with leadership teams in Corporate Engineering, IT, Privacy, and Security to synchronize program roadmaps with organizational goals. Manage program governance through regular strategic initiative reviews, risk assessments, and executive reporting to promote accountability and informed decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional program teams, including engineering, IT operations, security, privacy, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth program execution. Lead enterprise technology lifecycle management encompassing vendor selection, contract negotiations, system integrations, and decommissioning/migration strategies. Anticipate and mitigate program risks and dependencies, utilizing course corrections and stakeholder communications to keep initiatives aligned with objectives. Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to oversee program budgets, track ROI, and enhance resource distribution across the technology portfolio.
