Role Overview:
In the capacity of a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting detailed design frameworks, enforcing coding standards, and guiding a talented team of developers to ensure project success. Your responsibilities will encompass design, architecture, and active coding.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee server-side application development leveraging Java and Golang, alongside technologies such as Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years' experience in server-side application development with robust expertise in Java/Golang, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
Proven track record in delivering scalable products and a technical background that showcases successful project deliveries.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit paired with strong program and product management capabilities.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at articulating complex plans and designs effectively.
Outstanding judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with deep knowledge in design and architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in Java/Golang, RDBMS, messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ, caching solutions like Redis/Aerospike, Microservices, and AWS.
Extensive experience in scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both API and storage levels.
Hands-on leadership with a passion for problem-solving and excellence.
