Qualifications:6+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility.3+ years in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent. Experience within the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of HIPAA, de-identification, and data governance. Strong technical proficiency in data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and cloud environments. Proficient in SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis. Demonstrated capability to establish structured client processes and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with healthcare datasets (e.g., medical or pharmacy claims) and/or media & advertising data. Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to champion our new DeepIntent Helix product line and cultivate the technical and strategic relationships with our Analytics & Data Platforms across our agency partners. This role uniquely blends client management with hands-on technical execution, alongside supporting analytics products, clean room technologies, and pharmaceutical marketing workflows.

You will take ownership of the post-sale experience from start to finish. This includes onboarding, training, ongoing optimization, and fostering growth while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Client Solutions to maximize customer value.

This position is perfect for a professional who can navigate both detailed technical discussions and high-level executive conversations. Prior experience in the healthcare field is a must.

  • Manage the technical relationship with enterprise pharmaceutical and healthcare agency clients.
  • Lead the onboarding, training, and adoption of analytics and clean room solutions.
  • Provide guidance on data ingestion, structuring, and privacy-compliant workflows.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Convert customer needs into actionable product feedback.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to troubleshoot issues.
  • Utilize data to link platform use with client outcomes and ROI.
  • Assist with renewals and upsells by providing technical expertise.
