cocreativ is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts across several business units: Industrial Color, Globaledit, and Smashbox Studios. This position focuses on filling full-time roles and also builds a dependable network of freelance talent.
What You Will Do
- Drive outbound recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent in the creative production industry.
- Evaluate candidates for both conceptual vision and executional skill, ensuring strong matches for each role and project.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and close.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify needs, refine processes, and secure the right hires for each team.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to inbound candidate management, supplementing proactive outreach.
- Shape teams that deliver exceptional work for global brands by hiring individuals with the right mix of expertise, creativity, and drive.
Requirements
- Significant experience recruiting within the creative production sector.
- Strong ability to assess creative and technical talent.
- Comfort working across multiple disciplines and business units.
- Skilled in both outbound sourcing and structured management of inbound applicants.
Work Location and Reporting
This hybrid role is based in New York, with several days each week required on-site at cocreativ's Tribeca studios. The remainder of the week may be remote. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
