About the Position:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in NetSuite ERP support. This position involves creating customizations (Suitelets, SuiteScript, Workflows, etc.) within NetSuite to enhance our essential business operations, including Record to Report and Order to Cash processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in NetSuite and its modules, as well as third-party applications, combined with a solid understanding of business and ERP systems.
As part of a collaborative team of Engineers, you will be encouraged to expand functionality across the application. Our Finance Technology team collaborates closely with platform and integration developers working with other top-tier applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test features that align with business and technical specifications of NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.
- Integrate NetSuite with various third-party systems using REST, SOAP web services, and APIs.
- Enhance existing integrations with 3PL and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the full lifecycle implementation of core and advanced NetSuite modules.
- Diagnose and resolve performance or data integrity issues by analyzing code, data patches, system logs, and resource consumption.
