YOUR MISSION
We are in search of a Level 3 Systems Engineer to join our team in advancing and integrating state-of-the-art aerospace and defense systems. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in defining, analyzing, and ensuring the successful execution of mission requirements within intricate, mission-critical space systems, bolstering national defense goals and pioneering technologies in autonomous space operations. You will assist in requirements development, traceability, and verification across diverse vehicles and systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will conduct impact analyses for modifications, guarantee design integrity across systems, support integration and testing plans, perform risk assessments, and contribute to design reviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Systems Engineering team manages a variety of programs and disciplines. We seek skilled, adaptable engineers eager to broaden their expertise. As a part of this team, you may:
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and document mission objectives, system requirements, and operational concepts.
- Facilitate requirements traceability and verification planning.
- Translate customer and mission needs into actionable engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with technical and programmatic constraints.
- Assist in system trade studies, performance evaluations, and feasibility assessments to secure optimal system architecture design.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
