Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Oversee on-premises virtualization platforms, including OpenStack and OpenNebula.
  • Establish and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Ensure optimal availability of systems and infrastructure, managing performance, monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting.
  • Enhance system security through proper configuration of firewalls, SSL, VPNs, and timely application of patches and updates.
  • Quickly address and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Conduct routine system upgrades, patching, and security compliance checks.
  • Provide technical support for escalated issues and respond to critical outages or incidents.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference.
  • Research and implement emerging tools and technologies to enhance automation, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with organizational policies and procedures.
