Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and document workflow processes to identify, archive, and delete materials per established destruction policies and NARA guidelines.
- Report directly to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
- Collaborate with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to assess system requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Analyze gathered information to determine system and project requirements.
- Design comprehensive systems based on defined requirements.
- On smaller projects, handle all aspects of technical support, including program validations and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and presentations.
- Consult with COR on task orders, work scheduling, personnel assignments, and progress reporting.
- Oversee and guide personnel assigned to task orders, ensuring adherence to work standards and functional requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain quality control.
- Prepare technical documentation and work according to the configuration management plan.
- Organize and lead user training sessions on developed systems and create training materials.
