Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage workflows to identify, archive, and dispose of materials in compliance with applicable destruction policies.
- Collaborate with the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, and Lead Project Manager.
- Engage with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to gather system requirements and propose IT solutions.
- Analyze gathered information to define system and project needs.
- Design systems from the ground up to meet defined requirements.
- Oversee all technical support functions for smaller projects, including program validation and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings through formal reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with COR on task orders, work scheduling, personnel assignments, and progress reporting.
- Supervise assigned personnel to ensure adherence to work standards and functional requirements.
- Guarantee timely project completion and maintain quality control.
- Prepare system and technical documentation.
- Follow the configuration management plan and supervise technical task execution.
- Organize and lead user training sessions, creating training materials and manuals as necessary.
