Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the archiving of Relativity databases, creating and managing a workflow process that aligns with the necessary destruction/deletion policies as well as Division and NARA instructions.
- Collaborate with the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, and Lead Project Manager to ensure project success.
- Engage with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to define system requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Evaluate system requirements and design comprehensive systems to meet these needs.
- For smaller projects, provide full technical support including program validation and testing.
- Conduct systems evaluations and present findings and recommendations through formal reports and presentations.
- Consult with COR regarding task orders, work scheduling, personnel assignments, and progress reporting, ensuring all standards are met.
- Report on contract and task order progress, while supervising personnel assigned to tasks, ensuring adherence to work standards.
