Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers' system and vehicle architects to articulate system and safety requirements. Lead the development and construction of Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA), item definition, ASIL allocation/decomposition, and safety goals. Define and effectively communicate functional and technical safety requirements for our products. Possess a strong understanding of system architectures and methodologies. Develop and relay safety architecture to cross-functional teams. Conduct and participate in systems failure modes and effects analysis (SFMEA), design failure modes and effects analysis (DFMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA), and design for assembly (DFA). Support cross-functional teams in the development of safety requirements and documentation in accordance with ISO-26262.Review DFMEA and Software FMEA. Perform Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA) and diagnostic coverage analysis to extract metrics. Ensure compliance with the safety cycle as mandated by standards. Lead and represent the team during Functional Safety audits and assessments. Promote a culture of safety within the company through training and collaboration initiatives. Essential Qualifications:Proven expertise in ISO26262 functional safety implementation. Experience with ASIL C/MSIL D product development. Familiarity with ECU topologies. Comprehensive understanding of hardware and software functionalities. Hands-on experience in developing safe work products.2-5 years of experience within the automotive sector (2W/3W/4W). Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Battery Management Systems and/or other e-mobility electronic products. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards. Background in system engineering.
