About the Team:

The Quality team is dedicated to integrating quality at every stage of the design and production process for Terran R. Rather than merely inspecting at the end, we influence how components are constructed from the outset. Our team works closely with design, manufacturing, testing, and launch teams to remain aligned with the hardware, understand constraints, and proactively influence decisions. As we evolve from initial development into full-scale production, it’s crucial to implement effective processes, controls, and inspections without hindering progress. The Quality team plays a vital role in mitigating risks, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring that swift progress does not compromise reliability. Our success hinges on establishing a scalable quality system that aligns with the growth of the Terran R program and Relativity as a whole.
