Qualifications

As a Supervising Electrical Engineer, you will be the Engineer of Record for dedicated projects, leading coordination meetings and supervising staff during project execution. Your responsibilities will also include budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. Additional qualifications include:Conducting impartial and thorough employee evaluations. Serving as the Engineer of Record on assigned projects. Assisting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in technical training and mentoring staff. Coordinating and assigning project tasks to the engineering team, including system design and project engineering. Setting design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Overseeing Construction Administration tasks such as field reports, RFIs, and processing Bulletins and Addenda. Collaborating with accounting to prepare monthly project invoices and managing accounts receivable. Monitoring all correspondence with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

In this pivotal role, you will represent the firm in all client interactions, coordinating with contractors, architects, and project teams. Your leadership will guide the supervision, coordination, and assignment of various engineering projects.
