Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. At least 8 years of structural engineering design experience, with a minimum of 2 years in project management. Proficient in structural analysis and design software, including ETABS, RAM, and RISA-3D. Strong understanding of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC). Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Experience with BIM software such as Revit and Bluebeam. Committed to ongoing professional development.

  • Direct the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects, emphasizing efficiency and innovation.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and BIM team members, aiding their professional development.
