Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Structural Engineer (PE) who will take charge of the technical dimensions of our engineering projects. This pivotal role requires a licensed professional engineer who can offer expert technical guidance, ensuring that all designs align with client expectations and adhere to regulatory standards. You will supervise the technical development of projects, mentor junior engineers, and act as a subject matter expert in the field.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering design development for intricate projects, ensuring technical oversight and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Generate detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications, ensuring precision and alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide technical advice to project teams, reviewing designs, specifications, and calculations to confirm feasibility and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering systems into architectural or construction projects, guaranteeing seamless coordination with other design disciplines.
  • Mentor junior engineers, offering technical leadership and promoting their professional growth.
  • Conduct quality control assessments at critical project stages to ensure deliverables meet both internal and client standards for accuracy and technical excellence.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, delivering expert technical insights and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee construction administration responsibilities, which include reviewing submittals, performing site visits, and addressing technical challenges during construction.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Execute additional duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
