Core ResponsibilitiesModeling: Create intricate 3D HVAC models for systems such as chilled water, ducting, and VRF, utilizing Revit MEP and AutoCAD software.Coordination: Conduct clash detection with Navisworks to address conflicts involving structural, architectural, and other MEP services.Documentation: Produce high-quality shop drawings, installation layouts, and technical documentation.Standards Compliance: Ensure that all models comply with project specifications, industry norms (such as ASHRAE and SMACNA), and BIM execution plans.Quantity Take-offs: Derive material schedules and equipment lists (BOQ) directly from the models.Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, engineers, and on-site personnel to incorporate revisions into the models.

Key ResponsibilitiesCraft intricate 3D models for underground utility infrastructures utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D. Model both wet and dry utilities, including storm drainage, sanitary sewers, water distribution, gas, and telecommunications.Create plan, profile, and cross-section drawings essential for construction and regulatory approvals. Conduct clash detection and address conflicts using tools such as Navisworks.Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure precise representation of existing and proposed conditions. Uphold model integrity to reflect accurate as-built conditions.Engage in multi-user environments via cloud platforms (ACC, ProjectWise).Adapt object styles, label styles, pipe network styles, and configure part lists according to specific project needs. Aid in data management through shortcuts and drawing references.
