HTS Media is searching for a dynamic Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to propel our commerce-native travel media platform to new heights. This position is tailored for a self-motivated operator who excels in identifying monetization avenues, designing and implementing experiments, generating analytical insights, and executing strategies that align with HTS Media's growth objectives — all while ensuring that core engineering teams remain focused on their roadmap.
This pivotal, solo role merges strategy, analytics, and execution within a rapidly evolving marketplace and advertising landscape.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Uncover and evaluate fresh monetization and growth prospects across HTS Media.
Craft streamlined experiments and pilots to gauge their effectiveness.
Develop analytical models, dashboards, and narratives that inform strategic choices.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
Convert ambiguous challenges into actionable plans with quantifiable results.
Thrive in a high-ambiguity environment, operating independently with minimal guidance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, product analytics, or growth strategies.
Background in marketplace, advertising, or platform monetization settings.
Experience in rapidly constructing and testing AI-driven prototypes to explore product, revenue, and operational efficiency opportunities.
Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficient in navigating ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
A proactive builder mindset focused on execution, beyond just strategic planning.
