HTS Media is searching for a dynamic Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to propel our commerce-native travel media platform to new heights. This position is tailored for a self-motivated operator who excels in identifying monetization avenues, designing and implementing experiments, generating analytical insights, and executing strategies that align with HTS Media's growth objectives — all while ensuring that core engineering teams remain focused on their roadmap.

This pivotal, solo role merges strategy, analytics, and execution within a rapidly evolving marketplace and advertising landscape.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Uncover and evaluate fresh monetization and growth prospects across HTS Media.

  • Craft streamlined experiments and pilots to gauge their effectiveness.

  • Develop analytical models, dashboards, and narratives that inform strategic choices.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Convert ambiguous challenges into actionable plans with quantifiable results.

  • Thrive in a high-ambiguity environment, operating independently with minimal guidance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, product analytics, or growth strategies.

  • Background in marketplace, advertising, or platform monetization settings.

  • Experience in rapidly constructing and testing AI-driven prototypes to explore product, revenue, and operational efficiency opportunities.

  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proficient in navigating ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • A proactive builder mindset focused on execution, beyond just strategic planning.
