Key Responsibilities:Partner Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and uncovering growth opportunities. New Opportunity Development: Identify and assess potential partnership and investment opportunities to drive business scaling. Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Perform in-depth financial analyses and due diligence to create compelling business cases for new ventures and partnerships. Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Develop commercial frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline technical specifications, and negotiate agreements. Program Execution & Launch: Lead the rollout and incubation of new partnership-driven programs across key sectors including AI, Platforms, and Commerce. Desired Skills and Experience:Significant experience in strategic partnerships or business development within software or platform companies. A proven track record of identifying and executing successful strategic partnerships. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and due diligence. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

As a vital connector within Unity, our team works closely with key partners and internal stakeholders to eliminate barriers, define responsibilities, and translate strategic vision into actionable plans. We measure our success not by our ownership but by the company-wide impact we help facilitate.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead the growth of new business opportunities by forging strategic platform and partnership agreements that unlock value for the entire Unity ecosystem.

In this role, you will manage and cultivate existing partnerships while exploring new avenues for collaboration. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will ensure that our product development initiatives align with our strategic growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include scaling current projects and conducting thorough evaluations of potential partners and opportunities through rigorous analysis and insightful recommendations.
