Drive execution by establishing priorities, fostering accountability, and collaborating effectively across teams. Work alongside BizTech engineering teams to enhance service efficiency and security, and guide 1–3 year operations architecture planning to integrate production systems and improve compatibility and stability.Identify and mitigate recurring issues through scalable automation, enhancing operational performance and productivity.
