About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our San Francisco team. In this role, you will function as the technical liaison and project lead between Giga and our clients, crafting and deploying advanced AI-driven solutions at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer engagements from start to finish: conduct discovery calls & demonstrations, align business and technical stakeholders on objectives, oversee the deployment and upkeep of world-class agents, and serve as the primary point of contact who facilitates meetings and addresses obstacles.

  • Design & deploy production-ready AI agents: work with large datasets, write backend code, build integrations, and deploy to cloud infrastructure.

  • Manage the entire agent development lifecycle: rapidly prototype, set up CI/CD pipelines, monitor live usage, iterate towards objectives, and document best practices to expedite future projects.

  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior engineers on agent development best practices.
