Runlayer serves as the control plane for enterprise MCP by providing robust security, observability, and management capabilities, enabling organizations to connect AI to their systems without compromising safety. What You'll Do

  • Design and implement scalable, robust systems that support our platform and client solutions.

  • Address unique integration, data transformation, and workflow challenges using both traditional coding and AI technologies.

  • Engage directly with stakeholders, including enterprise clients, to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Quickly prototype, validate, and iterate on new features and product ideas based on feedback and real-world usage.

  • Mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers, setting high standards for code quality, technical design, and problem-solving.

  • Contribute to the advancement of engineering best practices and core platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant software engineering experience (typically 7+ years) with a strong foundation in system architecture.

  • Proficient in coding with a blend of traditional programming languages and AI technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for mentoring others.
