About the Customer Success & Solutions Engineering Team

Our Customer Success & Solutions Engineering teams serve as analytics consultants, embedding themselves within our enterprise clients to drive impactful business results. We collaborate closely with prospects and customers throughout their journey, ensuring we understand their needs and maximize the value of our solutions while supporting our Sales team in achieving those goals.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to implement self-service analytics within client organizations, facilitate change management, and execute technical projects that enhance customer satisfaction and ROI on Mixpanel investments.

About the Role

Our Solutions Engineers are curious and adaptive, excelling at articulating the technical advantages and specifications of Mixpanel to developers and product managers, while also conveying the business benefits to senior executives.

In your first month, you'll become a Mixpanel expert, mastering both features and implementation. You'll shadow customer calls and product demonstrations with experienced Sales Engineers and Account Executives to learn how to effectively communicate our value proposition. Training on Mixpanel's internal systems and tools will also be provided to ensure your success.

Within your first three months, you will engage directly in deal cycles with Commercial Account Executives, leading technical qualifications for customer use cases and presenting customized demonstrations. You will collaborate with leadership from prospective organizations to identify business challenges that can be addressed with our analytics platform, consulting on strategies to achieve significant ROI.

You will also partner with both business and technical teams at prospects to design and implement proof-of-concept projects that showcase Mixpanel’s value, including advising on data ingestion strategies.
