About Figure
Figure Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIGR) is at the forefront of revolutionizing capital markets through the power of blockchain technology. We are not merely theorizing about blockchain; we are actively utilizing it to create tangible products that are serving hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.
By merging the inherent transparency and efficiency of blockchain with AI-driven automation, we have reinvented the processes of loan origination, funding, and trading in secondary markets. Our innovative technology is designed to enhance outcomes for borrowers, investors, and financial institutions by delivering faster processing times, reduced costs, and minimal bias.
In collaboration with over 170 partners, we have successfully originated more than $22 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) via our blockchain-native platform, establishing Figure as the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the United States. Our ecosystem also features YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin functioning as a tokenized money market fund, among other products and platforms that are redefining consumer finance and capital markets.
We take pride in our recognition as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to architect and scale technical integrations for our mortgage lending partners. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, and is tasked with designing integration solutions, accelerating onboarding processes, and ensuring that our partners maximize the capabilities of our API, webhook, and identity infrastructure.
You will engage with enterprise and institutional partners, guiding them from technical discovery through integration and into early scaling phases as a trusted technical advisor. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and documenting integration architectures, workflows, and data exchanges.
- Assisting partners in implementation by providing clear technical best practices.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating integration risks to speed up onboarding and address complex issues during implementation and initial production phases.
Over time, you will contribute to building a more scalable onboarding infrastructure—comprising documentation, integration templates, and reusable patterns—to facilitate efficient and repeatable partner launches.
