About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Engineer, a pivotal technical hire who will play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of our AI-driven solutions within the enterprise sector. This position straddles pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture. You will act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to our enterprise prospects and customers, facilitating value-driven solutions and the seamless integration of Decagon’s AI-native platform into complex client environments.
