Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to collaborate with customers, Sales, Product, and Services teams to architect and implement effective solutions for intricate enterprise scenarios.
As we enhance our market presence, customer challenges are becoming increasingly complex and do not always align directly with our existing product capabilities. In this position, you will be tasked with crafting practical, high-impact solutions that integrate current offerings with potential innovations, playing a vital role in ensuring Wisedocs can adapt to complex customer requirements while maintaining scalability.
This role is hands-on and collaborative, intertwining solution design, customer interaction, and cross-functional teamwork to guarantee successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Execution
- Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend customer workflows, constraints, and objectives.
- Create clear, practical solution strategies that leverage Wisedocs' capabilities.
- Transform ambiguous challenges into actionable solution frameworks.
- Ensure that proposed solutions deliver value to customers while remaining feasible for implementation.
Customer Engagement
- Lead solution-focused demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Assist customers in understanding how Wisedocs integrates into their workflows and enhances outcomes.
- Build trust through a deep understanding of customer needs and use cases.
Product Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide grounded, actionable insights from customer interactions.
- Identify trends in enterprise use cases that inform product roadmap decisions.
