With over a decade of experience, ATS provides a wide array of products and services, including infrastructure, operational services, authentication, governance, and assurance solutions, all aimed at reinforcing security and mitigating cyber risks.We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in Full-Stack and DevOps to be part of our dynamic team. This contract role will last until 31 March 2027, where you will play a pivotal role in product development, system integration, and architecture design for applications utilized by public officers. Key products include our Service Management platform powered by ServiceNow, alongside various web and mobile applications that incorporate AI and LLM capabilities.Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring that our deliverables align with product roadmaps and meet both functional and non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, resilience, maintainability, and supportability.Responsibilities:Application Development:Lead product development, system integration, and architecture design for applications used by public officers in collaboration with product managers.Manage application development teams to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and requirements.Collaborate closely with product managers to translate business needs into technical roadmaps, including prototypes and proof of concepts.Application Technical Support and Operations:Provide operational and technical support for designated products.Ensure product availability, resilience, and security, including Level 2 support for incident management.Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Management:Act as the technical lead for in-house software development teams, mentoring them to achieve project objectives effectively.Engage regularly with engineers to discuss performance and professional growth, providing constructive feedback and mentoring as needed.Support outsourced vendors in meeting project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with best practices in software engineering, including DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
