LOCATION:This role is on-site in San Francisco and Santa Clara. You will need to be in the Santa Clara office for at least two days until our San Francisco office opens in Q1 2026. After that, occasional travel to Santa Clara may be required, approximately once a week or as needed.ROLE OVERVIEW:Join us as a hybrid Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect, acting as the crucial link between Sales, Product, and Post-Sales. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on:Designing innovative solutions to address product gaps and edge cases.Engaging in in-depth technical discovery alongside Account Executives (AEs).Crafting and implementing tailored workflows, integrations, and configurations.Assisting post-sale onboarding teams with advanced implementation scenarios.Conveying customer needs into precise product requirements, representing the “voice of the customer.”Proactively prototyping solutions utilizing Reevo’s APIs, workflows, automations, and data models.This position deviates from the typical Sales Engineer role, combining technical strategy, solution design, light implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Customer Success.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Pre-Sale (Sales Engineering)Collaborate with AEs throughout early and late-stage cycles to deliver technical discovery, architecture diagrams, and strategic solutions.Create and demo customized workflow prototypes, automations, and data models to mitigate deal risks.Identify and recommend workarounds for product gaps leveraging Reevo’s modular platform.Lead the technical win encompassing security, compliance, integrations, and implementation feasibility.Contribute to RFP responses and high-fidelity technical points of view.Implementation (Solutions Architecture)Collaborate with Onboarding/Implementation Managers to devise feasible customer deployment plans.Configure advanced workflows, sequences, conversation AI models, and integrations.Assist in building connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot, calendars, enrichment APIs, etc.).Translate complex customer go-to-market workflows (SDR → AE → AM → CS) into Reevo-specific flows.
