As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role as the primary technical lead and sales engineer for ePlus's innovative product and service solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the regional sales team to enhance revenue generation and optimize engagement within our customer account portfolio. Collaborating with our team of master architects, engineers, and consultants, you will have the chance to deeply understand our clients’ requirements and devise actionable, sustainable IT roadmaps to achieve their goals.
Your Impact
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering technical expertise to sales teams and clients in your designated solution focus area.
Building trust and establishing credibility as a key advisor to ePlus’s sales team and clientele.
Conducting engaging customer presentations showcasing ePlus’s core competencies and technical offerings for your assigned accounts.
Supporting the sales team with comprehensive account planning related to technical aspects of hardware, software, and services opportunity qualification and development.
Drafting and authoring technical sections for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
