Role Overview: Senior Solution Architect
The Senior Solution Architect joins the Professional Services team to design and architect solutions for Zuora clients. This role involves leading client discussions, capturing business needs, and configuring Zuora’s products to fit those requirements. The position calls for strong consulting skills, the ability to simplify complex technology, and a knack for planning and integrating various solution components.
Early identification of risks and challenges is important, as is developing mitigation and contingency plans. The Senior Solution Architect will guide clients through successful implementations and ensure all aspects of the solution meet business goals.
Location and Work Style
This position is remote, with flexibility to work from home. There are opportunities for team gatherings, office visits, events, or offsite meetings. Those based near Bengaluru may choose to work from the office more often.
What You Will Do
- Design end-to-end solutions using the full Zuora product suite.
- Confirm that solution architecture meets both stated and unstated business needs.
- Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Communicate and present perspectives on a range of technologies.
- Create architecture documentation, including ecosystem and integration diagrams, ERDs, business process flows, swim lanes, Visio diagrams, and mock-ups.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders from CXOs to end users, demonstrating strong executive presence.
- Provide expert services to Zuora partners.
