About the Team:
The success of our Terran R vehicle operations depends on highly integrated, robust, and thoroughly tested software systems. The Software Systems Engineering team is a multidisciplinary group responsible for guaranteeing that the integrated software system supporting vehicle operations is functional, scalable, and performant, ready for testing and launch in accordance with program timelines and risk management protocols. We connect vehicle software with ground systems and hardware teams to ensure reliable end-to-end system performance. Our focus encompasses system-level requirements development, safety engineering and analysis, software-hardware integration, risk management, system-level debugging, launch readiness verification, and operational support. We are vital to mission success, ensuring that all software components operate synchronously across the entire stack—from conceptualization to launch.
