We are actively looking for a seasoned Software Quality Manager who will spearhead and expand software quality initiatives across our robotics solutions. In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality assurance throughout the software lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment, ensuring that our autonomous mobile robots function reliably and safely in real-world warehouse conditions.
Your collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams will be crucial to establish scalable quality processes, automated testing frameworks, and data-driven release practices while nurturing a high-performing quality engineering team.
This position is based onsite at our Wilmington, MA headquarters. Only local candidates will be considered.
