We are actively seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in the research and development of next-generation testing technologies for PlayStation. This includes automation tools, frameworks, and CI infrastructure used to assess the quality of front-end workflows on the PS5.
In this influential role, you will guide and advance a team dedicated to ensuring high-quality software delivery across various products and platforms. You will shape our quality strategy, promote engineering excellence, and streamline reliable release processes. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will lead a distributed team, integrating quality practices throughout the development lifecycle. This position involves working closely with quality management leadership, various internal departments, and open-source software communities. Together, we will cultivate an environment built on trust, open communication, creativity, and teamwork. You will also collaborate with peers and leadership to prioritize projects, set team goals, and enhance overall quality.
