In our small team, engineers contribute to defining problems, proposing directions, and designing experiments that shape the future of our products.Your ResponsibilitiesRedesign the notification center to enable users to quickly grasp and act on notifications from over 15 services, focusing on list structure, grouping, read/unread status, personalization, and filtering.Implement seamless entry experiences for users who tap on push notifications, guiding them to appropriate contexts like chatrooms, posts, or specific service pages.Develop the frontend for tools that precisely target and manage notifications based on user segments, banners, and event flows, creating a foundation for faster experimentation.Collaboratively build an experimental environment to measure click-through rates, conversion rates, and incremental effects, enabling rapid A/B testing.Work closely with PMs and designers to provide input on product direction based on technical feasibility and constraints.We Are Looking ForIndividuals with over 3 years of frontend development experience.Experience in developing mobile webview applications.A strong commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.Ability to understand product goals and context, and to collaboratively explore better solutions beyond just implementation.Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment requiring rapid experimentation and iteration.Additional Preferred QualificationsExperience developing frontends for user communication channels such as push notifications, in-app messages, and notification centers.Familiarity with building A/B testing infrastructure or experience in experimental development cycles.Experience utilizing design systems or component design.Experience building platform frontends that integrate with various services.Experience in performance optimization, loading strategies, and list rendering in large-scale user environments.Additional InformationFor full-time positions, there is a 3-month probation period.We prioritize the hiring of individuals with disabilities and veterans as per the 'Act on the Promotion of Employment of Persons with Disabilities' and 'Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Veterans'.Application Process1.
