About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of one of our crucial workstreams. As a design-oriented engineer, you will transform innovative concepts into functional, aesthetically pleasing products on a blank canvas. Your contributions will span the full technology stack, as you engage hands-on in building and scaling a core product that enhances financial independence for game developers.
What You’ll Do
Create and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our platform.
Work collaboratively with product leaders, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure that all features are scalable, performant, secure, and user-friendly.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, engage in code reviews, and uphold comprehensive documentation.
What We Look For
Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
Proficient in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on React and TypeScript.
A passion for continuous learning and adaptability across the technology stack as the team evolves.
Highly productive, demonstrating ownership of key initiatives and delivering impactful results.
Experience in leading teams or projects and a passion for mentoring others to enhance their skills.
Willingness to work from our San Francisco or New York City offices.
