This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in our NYC office, reporting directly to the Engineering Team Manager. We are actively hiring across multiple significant R&D teams. Based on your expertise and interests, you may have the opportunity to join one of the following: Identity and Access Management (IAM) - responsible for developing and maintaining the fundamental systems that ensure secure access across our platform for both customers and internal teams, focusing on core functionalities such as authentication, authorization, and session management. Communications Platform - provides tools and services that facilitate effortless communication between our product teams and customers at scale. Our goal is to create user-friendly and impactful platforms. This role is high-visibility and high-impact as our work is utilized by a majority of product teams. Your Responsibilities Include: Developing scalable backend services using Java and related technologies. Writing clean, efficient code that supports high-traffic, production-ready systems. Contributing to design decisions and taking part in architectural discussions. Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers. Creating features from initial concept through to implementation and launch.
