Qualifications
What You'll DoLead the design, development, and architecture of native Windows desktop applications utilizing Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and, when necessary, C++. Establish and uphold best practices for Windows desktop development, focusing on code architecture, performance optimization, memory management, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility, and maintainability. Pioneer accessibility initiatives by integrating and validating support for various accessibility APIs, ensuring that our applications are user-friendly for individuals with disabilities. Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to influence feature planning and roadmap development for the Windows platform. Own the complete lifecycle of features from conception through to maintenance, ensuring quality and consistency across all releases. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility challenges, proposing solid architectural or design solutions.
