Oversee pre-production planning, including schedules, logistics, staffing, and production requirements. Scout and secure locations, permits, and set-ups for each shoot. Source, vet, and book crew, cast, vendors, rentals, and freelancers as needed. Coordinate logistics for production days: travel, equipment, schedules, and call times. Lead shoot execution by keeping productions on schedule, resolving issues, and ensuring the team has what it needs. Maintain clear communication with clients, crew, talent, and vendors throughout production, managing changes as they come up. Assist with post-production handoff and delivery coordination for a smooth transition. Location requirement: Bay Area (San Francisco). In-person attendance for shoot days is mandatory.
