Our diverse team, comprising data engineers and software engineers, is responsible for the entire listing pipeline, from ingestion and transformation to normalization across 400+ MLS feeds and additional data sources.We also expand the platform to gather user activity data for features like personalized listing recommendations, and we develop AI agents that automate processes such as feed onboarding and issue triage, minimizing manual tasks for our internal teams and clients, thus facilitating faster business impact from data.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture• Oversee the comprehensive architecture for MLS and property data, including streaming and batch pipelines, microservices, storage solutions, and APIs• Design and enhance event-driven, Kafka-based data flows that support listing ingestion, enrichment, recommendations, and more.
