Collaborate across teams on safety protocols, compliance with road rules, and enhancing ride quality. Create and implement strategies to assess and enhance the driving behaviors of Waymo. Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate proposed system changes. Analyze extensive datasets from real-world and simulated driving to characterize and cluster the Waymo Driver's performance. Engage with machine learning models to optimize their effectiveness in addressing driving challenges. You have:A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in Python or C++.
