About the Position:
We are in search of a seasoned backend software engineer with a user-centric focus to join our Partner Platform team in San Francisco. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence the partner experience at Parafin by developing industry-leading, developer-first solutions.
The Partner Platform team is responsible for the core systems that facilitate partner integrations. We build and maintain essential partner data ingestion pipelines, DAG-based processing systems, public APIs, robust webhook delivery infrastructures, sandbox environments, and tailored partner integrations.
Collaboration is key, as we work alongside engineering and data teams to ensure that partner data consistently fuels underwriting, risk assessment, and reporting workflows. Our roadmap features substantial platform modernization initiatives, including enhancing our data architecture and bolstering the reliability and scalability of our asynchronous, event-driven systems.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing strong technical foundations, a knack for navigating ambiguity, and the ability to take full ownership of projects from conception through to execution.
