We achieve this through innovative commercialization strategies, precise billing, cost optimization tools, and intelligent resource management—all powered by cutting-edge engineering. Our goal is to deliver a seamless and consistent experience across all Databricks products, ensuring they reach our clients effectively.
As one of the foundational engineers for the Money team at Databricks India, you will play a vital role in establishing one of our most critical engineering teams. You will be responsible for key components that underpin our products, particularly focusing on Databricks’ resource admission control and usage governance infrastructure. Your contributions will unify diverse business needs, including abuse prevention, product commercialization processes, and ensuring reliable product availability at scale. You will collaborate closely with both infrastructure and product teams to deliver essential governance functionalities to our customers.
Your Impact:
- Oversee Money systems and services that manage the usage of all Databricks products and offerings.
- Improve engineering and infrastructure efficiency, reliability, accuracy, and response times, including CI/CD processes, testing frameworks, data quality assurance, end-to-end reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
- Partner with platform and product teams to develop and implement innovative infrastructure solutions that scale with evolving demands.
- Contribute to the long-term vision and requirements of Databricks products in collaboration with our engineering teams.
