You will build an understanding of their operations and unique challenges, guiding them on how to maximize their investment in Samsara and establishing yourself as their long-term partner. By acting as a transformation partner, you will help drive multi-year initiatives to revolutionize their physical operations, aligning executives and influencing long-term customer roadmaps.Being the inaugural person in this role, you will work closely with our Customer Outcomes leaders to shape the position, including the development and delivery of scalable content and processes. Your responsibilities will span across various departments such as Product, Support, Sales, and Finance, providing you with a comprehensive view of the inner workings of a rapidly expanding company.This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates residing in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
