About the Role
As part of our Growth Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating access to our in-home care services for underserved communities. Your primary focus will be to enhance patient engagement by transforming our current appointment booking system, primarily reliant on outbound phone outreach, into a seamless product-led experience integrated into our core services.
This position holds significant responsibility; you will be instrumental in developing the systems that directly influence whether individuals receive necessary care or go without.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement experiments that enhance patient bookings, encompassing elements such as message copy testing, outreach timing, and innovative in-product booking flows.
Optimize multi-channel engagement strategies via SMS, phone, email, and mail to reach patients who typically do not schedule care.
Conduct rapid brainstorming sessions and sizing exercises to prioritize upcoming initiatives and strategies.
