Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete lifecycle of mobile performance campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Snap, from initiation and testing to optimization and extensive budget scaling.Manage and scale significant budgets (experience with 7-figure monthly spending or collaborating within a team handling budgets of that magnitude).Lead structured creative experimentation in collaboration with designers, implementing A/B testing and full-funnel performance optimization.Conduct comprehensive funnel and cohort analysis (CPI → CPA → ROAS → LTV) to guide confident, data-driven scaling strategies.Utilize strong attribution modeling expertise to fine-tune channel strategy and budget distribution.Implement and enhance Web2App acquisition flows.Track campaign performance through systematic reporting and automation, identifying ongoing optimization opportunities.Work closely with Data & BI teams, utilizing tools such as Tableau / Looker and AppsFlyer / Adjust.Research, assess, and experiment with new acquisition channels to drive incremental growth.Leverage AI tools to optimize performance marketing workflows, encompassing creative ideation, copy, and UGC script generation.
