Qualifications

Your Responsibilities:Design and develop metrics and models to evaluate and enhance the performance, safety, and scalability of our autonomous driving systems. Assess new models and methodologies for their effectiveness in addressing various challenges. Innovate ways to collect necessary data to refine our metrics and models. Effectively communicate the advantages and limitations of new models and metrics to partner teams. Implement and deploy metrics and models across fleet-wide data. Qualifications:5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, particularly in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other intricate hardware/software systems. Proven experience in testing such systems, ranging from unit tests to extensive end-to-end test campaigns. Strong foundational knowledge in physics, geometry, and dynamics. Proficient in programming languages such as C++ and Python. Ability to quickly learn and apply new frameworks, utilizing AI tools as necessary. Experience training new applications on existing machine learning architectures and enhancing existing applications.
