Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary technical lead for our clients, focusing on the design, development, validation, maintenance, release, and operation of CMT backend customer solutions and integrations, aimed at assisting leading insurance companies in scaling their operations with our telematics solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering teams, and Solution Architects to grasp business requirements and effectively estimate sprints while actively participating in scrum team planning and technical discussions. Conduct thorough due diligence both remotely and on-site with clients and partners alongside the Platform Engineering team to delineate customer integration requirements and design. Guarantee that the integration designs are implemented securely, efficiently, scalably, fault-tolerantly, and testably. Engage in architecture and implementation proposal reviews. Enhance and continuously refine the release and deployment pipeline. Participate in an on-call rotation with engineers managing our production backends. Operate effectively in a highly regulated environment. Undertake additional tasks as needed.

Role overview
