Box Apps is transforming how enterprises utilize content by delivering an intelligent no-code builder that facilitates automation, orchestration, and faster decision-making. We are investing in our Warsaw hub to scale this innovative product globally. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will spearhead projects from conception to production, elevate engineering standards, and influence our technical strategy for a rapidly expanding product utilized by thousands of customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take the lead in designing and delivering complex, user-facing features and platform capabilities for the Box Apps frontend.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to define APIs, data contracts, and seamless end-to-end experiences.
- Drive the creation of technical specifications, architectural reviews, and design documentation that prioritize speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Advocate for reliability through rigorous testing (unit/integration/e2e), performance profiling, and observability.
- Mentor fellow engineers through pairing sessions, design reviews, and constructive feedback, enhancing team practices.
- Break down complex problems, develop roadmaps, and deliver iteratively in line with quarterly objectives.
